- Mail payment with order info to the address below. Include the following info:

- Payment via one of the following (Make checks / money orders out to "Matt Scofield":
- Postal money order - this method leads to order processing within 24 hours
- Bank check (local to Danbury area including national banks) - this methods leads to order processing within 3 business days
- Other banks checks or money orders - order will be processed within 10 business days
- Your information should include:
- Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- E-Mail address (optional)
