- Please email us at hvpoperations@live.com in order to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- We will provide an RMA and the address to which the merchandise should be returned (certain items ship from different warehouses).
- You will need to write your order number as well as the RMA number on the outside of the package. We will process the return and send a check back to you.
- Remember to contact us first in the case of broken or defective items. Because all shipments are insured by us, we may not require a return if the item is broken or defective.
Return of Defective or Broken Items
If you receive a broken or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 20 days of receipt of merchandise. Do not return merchandise without contacting us first.
If the broken or defective item is under $50, please email us a picture of the damage and we may be able to ship a replacement without requiring a return. Otherwise, we will have to mail pre-paid return shipping labels and wait for the item to be returned to us before we can issue a refund or exchange.
Return of Non-Defective, Non-Broken items
Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 30 days. There will be a 30% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items. Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns.
Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. There are no returns on imprinted items.
Merchandise must be returned in it's original inner packing and must be in resaleable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirements.
Please contact Customer Service for return authorization before returning merchandise.
If a customer refuses delivery of an item, or the wrong address is given at the time the order is placed and the order cannot delivered, the 30% restocking fee will automatically apply and shipping charges will not be refunded, plus the return shipping charges will be deducted from the credit you receive.
